Purposes, legal bases and retention

Website delivery, security and diagnostics

We process limited technical data to display the website, maintain its security and availability, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose technical faults and protect our systems.

Legal basis: our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable corporate website and protecting our systems and users (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: technical data is retained only for as long as necessary for security, diagnostics and service operation, according to the relevant provider settings and log cycles. Data connected with a security incident may be kept longer where required for investigation, evidence or legal claims.

Contact form and business enquiries

We process the information you submit to understand and respond to your enquiry, communicate with you and take any requested follow-up steps.

Legal basis:

  • steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, where your enquiry concerns a potential contractual relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); or

  • our legitimate interests in receiving, managing and responding to professional, media, platform, partnership and other business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: enquiries that do not result in an ongoing relationship are normally deleted or anonymised within 12 months after the matter is closed. If an enquiry results in a contract or may be relevant to a legal claim, the relevant records may be retained for the applicable statutory limitation period, generally up to five years, or longer where required by law.

Legal compliance and claims

We may process information where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in protecting our legal position (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Retention: for the period required by the applicable law or for the relevant limitation period.

Sources of personal data

We generally receive personal data directly from you when you use the contact form, email us or otherwise communicate with us. Technical data is generated automatically when your browser communicates with the website and its infrastructure.
