CREATOR PARTNERSHIPS SPECIALIST

XONIT Tech is looking for an independent creator partnerships specialist to support creator outreach, onboarding and ongoing relationships around PEEKME, our flagship platform for the adult creator economy.

This project-based collaboration is designed for someone who understands creator-led digital businesses, communicates with discretion and can build trusted relationships while turning creator feedback into practical insight.

What You’ll Do

Identify and engage creators whose profile and audience align with PEEKME’s pilot and growth strategy.
Manage initial outreach, follow-ups and relationship development with prospective creator partners.
Present PEEKME’s access and monetization model clearly, accurately and in a way that is relevant to each creator.
Support creators throughout onboarding and help maintain a smooth, professional experience.

Build and maintain an organized pipeline of creator conversations, opportunities and next steps.
Collect structured feedback from creators and translate it into useful product, operational and market insight.
Coordinate with XONIT’s leadership, platform operations and growth functions around launches, campaigns and creator needs.
Handle private information and sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Relevant experience in creator partnerships, talent relations, account management, influencer marketing or the adult entertainment industry.
A strong understanding of creator monetization, digital communities and relationship-driven platform growth.
Excellent interpersonal communication and the ability to establish credibility with different types of creators.
A highly organized approach to outreach, follow-ups and relationship management.

An independent, proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are considered an advantage.
Comfort working openly and professionally within the adult creator economy.
The judgment and discretion required to manage commercially and personally sensitive information.
