GROWTH SPECIALIST

XONIT Tech is looking for an independent growth specialist to help translate market insight into focused acquisition, validation and launch initiatives for PEEKME, our flagship platform for the adult creator economy.

This project-based collaboration is suited to a hands-on operator who can move between strategy and execution, test assumptions quickly and turn early market signals into clear next steps.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute focused go-to-market experiments supporting PEEKME’s pilot and launch phases.
Translate strategic objectives into clear campaigns, tests, priorities and measurable milestones.
Identify effective channels for reaching relevant creators and early platform audiences.
Support market validation by testing positioning, messaging, acquisition paths and user response.

Monitor funnel performance, campaign results and qualitative market signals to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work closely with XONIT’s leadership, product and creator relations functions to align growth activity with platform development.
Maintain clear reporting on experiments, outcomes and recommended next steps.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Demonstrable experience in growth, digital acquisition, go-to-market strategy or early-stage platform launches.
A strong understanding of conversion funnels, performance metrics, experimentation and audience behavior.
The ability to turn broad commercial objectives into practical, measurable execution.
An independent and accountable working style with a clear focus on outcomes.

Strong written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.
Comfort working within the adult creator economy and handling commercially sensitive information with discretion.
Experience with creator platforms, digital marketplaces, consumer technology or high-risk industries is considered an advantage.
